Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on dewa89. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. All activities conducted through your Account are presumed to be performed by you, and you bear full responsibility for any actions taken, including all bets placed and all financial transactions.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify dewa89 customer support and change your password. dewa89 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials.
dewa89 is required by international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing authority to verify the identity of all Account holders. We may request documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank account confirmation, e-wallet screenshot).
You must provide requested verification documents within 7 days of the request. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All provided documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
dewa89 accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.
All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments made from a bank account or e-wallet belonging to someone other than the Account holder) are strictly prohibited. dewa89 reserves the right to refund third-party deposits and suspend Accounts involved in such transactions.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes for e-wallet transfers and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00 - 23:00 WIB on weekdays, with reduced hours on weekends). Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding IDR 50.000.000 may require additional verification and processing time.
dewa89 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 1-2% or a flat fee depending on the payment method. Fee structures are published on the withdrawal page.
dewa89 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to users from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering"). You must wager the specified multiple before Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active Bonus, the Bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (minus any amounts already wagered or lost) will be available for withdrawal.
All bets placed on dewa89 are subject to acceptance by the platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, suspected collusion, technical errors, or if accepting the bet would expose dewa89 to unacceptable financial risk. If a bet is refused or voided, your stake will be returned to your Account.
Odds displayed on dewa89 are indicative and may change without notice based on market conditions. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding at the odds and terms displayed at the time of acceptance. Bet results are determined based on official sources and competition organizers. dewa89's decision on bet settlement is final.
In the event of obvious technical errors, incorrect odds, palpable mistakes in bet descriptions, or system malfunctions, dewa89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even if bets have already been settled. Users will be notified of voided bets via email or Account notification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dewa89 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if dewa89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
dewa89 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with dewa89 Services is to cease using the platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dewa89's international gaming license is issued. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of dewa89, or any bets placed shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.
By using dewa89, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the platform.
